7. Success of the Samity:

Being inspired by the Dawa and benevolent activities of the samity many non-Muslims are embracing Islam every year and becoming established in the society through vocational training.

8. Mentionable features of the Samity:

Samity tries to communicate the message of Islam to the non-Muslims in a meaningful way.

It is the only organization where there are arrangements for shelter and free boarding for the new converts.

It is the only organization in the country where there is arrangement for teaching Al-Quran by post for all people irrespective of faith, caste and creed. Its another characteristics is that its founder chairman Abul Hossain was a converted Muslim from Brahmin caste. He used to be a living God of several lacs of Hindus before his conversion to Islam. In his youth, he left the lucrative life of a Hindu priest and embraced Islam.

9. Organisational Structure:

There is an executive committee of 11 members to manage the affairs of the samity. The tenure of this committee is two years. The Chairman and 10 members of the committee are elected for every two calendar years terms. Besides this there is an advisory committee of 15 member also.

10. Economic condition of the Samity:

There is no fixed source of income of the Samity. Its only source of income is zakat, fitra, hide of the qurbani animals, monthly subscriptions and donations from the people. It is needless to say that to materialize the aims and objectives of the samity a substantial amount of money is needed.

Therefore, the samity is earnestly requesting the benevolent Muslims, different benevolent organizations at home and abroad to come forward with open hand for the cause of Islam.

It is to be believed there is no government nor any private fund earmarked for the newly converted Muslims, whereas there is no worse destitutes than the new converts who are separated from kith and kin and outcaste from the society. There is no orphan like them in any orphanage, so they are the greatest claimers of zakat, fitra and donation of every Muslim. May Allah enable all to come forward to help the poorest and shelterless new Muslims.
